To ensure every custom order is prepared with exact precision, please allow 24–48 hours for us to manually process your digital registration, verify waivers, and set up your game files before shipment. 

You will receive a high-quality, physical game kit delivered straight to your doorstep. It includes all the tactile clues, specialized puzzle pieces, and game materials your team needs to solve the mystery. No printing required! 

Nope! We provide all the physical components you need inside the box. You will just need a pen and a piece of paper for notes. 

The game is ideal for individuals or groups of 2–8 players. It is a fantastic choice for a solo challenge, date nights, family game nights, or casual get-togethers! 

For groups larger than 8, you must order an additional game kit so everyone can stay fully hands-on and involved in the experience! This unlocks our 'versus mode' where your 2+ teams can race head-to-head to see who can solve the final crisis first!

Absolutely! However, players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration and sign our waiver before the game can begin. 

Yes! If you need help updating a teammate's email address, coordinating minor waiver signatures, or tracking an upcoming shipment, just shoot us an email at CarriesCraftedCelebrations@gmail.com and we will get it updated for you within 24–48 hours. 

No, internet-connected devices are strictly prohibited during the game! The only exceptions are if you need to use a phone as a magnifier, a stopwatch, or to communicate with teammate members who aren't in the same room. Everything you need to solve the mystery is contained entirely within the physical materials. 

Don't worry, the fun won't grind to a halt! Your kit includes a physical, tactile hint system right inside the box to help nudge your team in the right direction if a particular clue has you stumped. 

Just like the hints, the solution and answer systems are completely physical and included in the game materials shipped to your door!
